- Able to attend site meetings and do field measurements in all weather and terrain conditions.
- Excellent customer service.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Site plans, as built, elevations, floor plans, erosion control, complete set of drawings ready for submittal / construction.
- Can navigate permitting process including revisions, check sheets, design reviews etc.
- Hourly wage DOE.
- Reliable vehicle and valid ODL or similar.
- Pass background check.
