We are looking to hire a staff engineer to fill a position in our exciting brand-new office in Battle Ground, Washington. We have a growing team at Ek Engineering eager to add quality talent. Ek Engineering provides structural engineering for a wide variety of projects, dealing with concrete, steel, and timber construction primarily in the residential construction industry. While we are hiring for an engineering position, we need someone ambitious enough to grow into a lead position in our structural division to help growth and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
-Drafting and design of structural engineering projects
-Calculation of members and walls for structures
-Drafting and design of structural details
-Client and customer outreach
-Site visits and inspections
Qualifications
-Can-do attitude
-AutoCAD experience
-Exposure and/or familiarity with construction practices
-Excel proficiency
-Knowledge of structural engineering principles
