URGENT NEED FOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTJob DescriptionAs an Accounting Specialist, you will work closely with the Controller and Owner, and be a key member of the Corporate Accounting Team. Your main goal will be to oversee the financial billing of our Projects from bid/quote, contract, progress, and final billing. You will convert quotes into sales orders for subsequent billing, follow invoicing through the lifecycle of each project, manage accounts receivable and payable, cross-train within the Accounting Team, make monthly journal entries, troubleshoot and resolve billing errors, and reconcile accounts and projects.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire position. For the contract portion of the assignment, candidates will be W-2 employees of Aston Carter.
