Architectural Sales Rep

Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue. Identify top 50 architects and designers in your geographic market and develop a strong relationship with key contacts. Use Dodge Reports and SalesForce (CRM) to keep abreast and provide tracking/reporting of upcoming projects with current and new architectural firms.Identify and call on top builders in region to capture the specification for residential foam sheathing and Rmax solutions.Prepares a formal and rehearsed presentation of products, services and company strengths. Should always be well-prepared by doing research on competition organization, competitive products and their customers.Set objectives and work within the Rmax profile to reach these objectives.
