Stat Team, Inc. is a nation-wide staffing agency seeking reliable, professional, bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) staff to administer surveys to riders TriMet’s Line 57. Metro and TriMet are studying a new kind of bus service called Frequent Express (FX) for Tualatin Valley (TV) Highway. This new bus service would replace TriMet's Line 57 which runs from Beaverton Transit Center, through Hillsboro, to Forest Grove.
POSITION TITLE: Surveyor
JOB DESCRIPTION: Surveyors will report to their supervisor at a central location to collect equipment (tablet, surveyor vest) and receive your assignment for the day. You will ride on the bus and request that passengers participate in a brief survey regarding the proposed new service. Most survey questions are multiple choice. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete.
Some survey questions may include:
- How often do you ride TriMet Line 57?
- Please provide feedback on proposed station locations - how well would FX station with shelter/lighting/ADA access/sidewalk connections to intersections, seating, etc fit your needs?
- Customer Demographics
- Would you like to be entered in raffle?

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
Must be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with strangers (Bus/Rail Passengers).
Must be a regular user of smart phones/tablets.
Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving vehicle for up to 6 hours.
Must be able to provide valid ID to fulfil I-9 requirements.
MANDATORY PAID TRAINING: Thursday, October 3, 2024 – 12:00PM-2:00PM (TriMet Administrative Offices)

Thursday, October 3rd – 10AM-12PM (Mandatory for all staff)
Friday, October 4th – 10AM-4PM
Saturday, October 5th – 11AM-3PM
Sunday, October 6th – 11AM-3PM
Monday, October 7th – 8AM-2PM
Tuesday, October 8th – 12PM-6PM
Wednesday October 9th – 10AM-4PM
Thursday, October 10th – 1PM-7PM
Friday, October 11th – 9AM-3PM
Saturday, October 12th – 11AM-3PM
Sunday, October 13th – 11AM-3PM
Must be available for all or most shifts
PAY: $28.00 per hour. We pay weekly via direct deposit (W-2 position).
