Working closely with the Marketing Project Managers and other members of the marketing team, the contract project manager will be responsible for various duties to support the creation and delivery of marketing materials. We're looking for an energetic person who can hit the ground running and have an immediate impact in the organization and day-to-day support of various digital, print, and video marketing materials.

In this role you will:
Develop project schedules and monitor the progress and success of multiple in-flight projects.
Capability to work on simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and flexible with shifting priorities.
Experience with both print and digital production.
Maintain file organization and archiving.
Collaborate with various teams within Health Services.

Required Skills
Degree or associates in accredited program or comparable work experience.
2 to 5 years of experience in a project management related field and understanding of project management principles.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and pre-press.
Experience with project management software particularly Workamajig - is an asset.
Experience with HubSpot and/or Message Gears is a plus.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines with quick turnarounds.
Flexibility in work hours.
Organized with attention to detail.

Required Education
