A successful member of the Customer Service team is a positive and constructive member of the team who communicates clearly and intentionally, ensures that their message is constructive and will be interpreted correctly.Position Requirements:Meet deadlines and offer to support team members
Brings fresh ideas to the team
Develop a daily routine - e-mail, voicemail & follow up
Organize a workflow that meets our customers’ time-frames
Maintain an organized filing system and orderly records of interactions with customers
Ensure every customer is followed up with properly and in a timely manner
Accurately process orders, form applications, requests and update transaction status
Work with the Customer Care team to accurately maintain the customer database
Provide great service when interacting with consumers
Must be punctual and help with duties needed to keep inside support operating successfully
Customer service skills
Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities:High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent
Knowledgeable about good customer service ethics, principles, and following procedures
Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of our products and business
Adept with basic software such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc…
Successfully demonstrate good listening and communication skills both verbally and in writing
Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace or garage industries is a plus
