Overview of the Database Coordinator role:
Management of Raiser's Edge databases including creating new and maintaining existing databases, as well as supporting the integration of data between it and other software databases.
Research, communicate, and train on new / existing complex data policies / procedures to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Support fundraising query and report development
Aid with resolving technical and accounting software challenges with stakeholders.
Collaborate with external and internal partners, including staff, from diverse communities with respect and attention to belonging, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
As needed some donor facing support to support the team including interacting directly with donors to gather data, and more.
Database Coordinator Qualifications:
2+ years experience working with complex databases, troubleshooting problems, analyzing information and data, designing queries and reports, and creating operational policies and procedures is required.
Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar non-profit relational databases
Prior experience working in non-profits, pseudo-gov, schools, or similar industry.
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of college level course work or training in computer applications, data processing or business technology. Relevant experience may substitute for the college level course work or training.
