A dynamic businesswoman, in the process of relocating to Oregon, is seeking a highly organized, business-savvy Executive/Operations Assistant to provide seamless day-to-day support. This individual will work closely with the client, and her key consulting team to efficiently manage both personal and business operations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of working independently. Business operations experience is highly preferred, as this role requires a strong understanding of financial management, logistics, and administrative processes. The right person will be a problem-solver with a “get-it-done” attitude, consistently executing tasks with efficiency and follow-through. High energy, a positive personality, and a friendly, easygoing demeanor are essential, as this role requires someone who is collaborative and enjoys being in a support position.

Initially, the role will be 40% personal and 60% business-focused, but as the client shifts more into business ventures, the focus will transition to 10% personal and 90% business. The right candidate must thrive in a family-friendly environment, value discretion, and be comfortable handling sensitive financial and legal matters. Additionally, this individual should be tactful, professional, and able to navigate complex situations with ease, ensuring smooth operations while allowing the client to focus on her family and growing business interests.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the client’s right-hand, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Manage business operations, including invoice payments, property tax coordination, liaising with consultants, and overseeing financial logistics.

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, attorneys, and financial professionals, streamlining processes to reduce unnecessary stress on the client.

Oversee light personal affairs, such as coordinating household needs (landscaping, maintenance) and managing schedules.

Provide support for business growth initiatives, with an increasing focus on managing investment-related tasks.

Work closely with the CPA and other advisors to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
