As a Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for proactively selling and leading projects in all Real Estate Occupier Core Services: Portfolio Optimization, Location Strategy, and Real Estate Operations.Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience :7 year(s)Certification(s) Required :At least one of the following: CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Quantitative Statistics, Engineering, Corporate Engineering, Information Systems, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality, Enrolled Agent (EA), State Certified Appraiser License, Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM; Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design (LEED), or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Master DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics and Finance, Economics, Real EstatePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:

Analyzing corporate real estate portfolios and developing strategies that lower real estate spend, reduce occupied square footage, and consider corporate strategic objectives and strategies;

Helping companies through the site selection process, including market research, scoring locations/markets, aligning key stakeholders on guiding principles, and other key aspects;

Having financial modeling skills and ability to take large amounts of data to drive insights;

Understanding of utilization of space and knowledge of different ways of effectively testing space use;

Interacting directly with prospective clients;

Developing of thought leadership;

Owning the financial management of clients;

Leading business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients;

Driving proposal response material for client opportunities;

Interacting and collaborate virtually with national team;

Partnering with other PwC advisory teams such as tax and HR to bring a holistic approach to clients;

Leading development of technology solutions;
