Worksite Location: Hood River

Work Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday

Wage Range: $23.60 - $25.68 per hour

Reports to: Operations Supervisor

Who are we looking for?

The Maintenance Coordinator ensures all facilities and property of TNDI are safe and usable. They work with leadership to establish weekly tasks necessary, while assessing long-term and preventative maintenance needs to be monitored for the future growth of the agency.

What you will do…

Maintain safety and functionality of facilities in Hood River (Web and KH), and White Salmon, with occasional assistance in The Dalles (KA, Drop-in, and office spaces), Residential House, and Chenowith

Oversee scheduling and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and annual facility needs.

Tend to general building maintenance including painting, office organization, asset repairs, transportation/removal of furniture and supplies, yard/trash cleanup, snow removal, HVAC, etc.

Track inventory supplies and storage procedures.

Provide safety training to team members regarding maintenance/vehicle usage.

Monitor and track tasks via E-ticketing system.

Schedule vehicle maintenance and facility safety inspections.

Update calendar tracking of maintenance tasks.

Maintain appliance functionality and janitorial inventory.

Other duties and housekeeping projects as assigned.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education, Experience, and Requirements…

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance

Knowledge of maintenance techniques, processes, procedures, equipment, and materials

Knowledge of vehicle safety rules and building safety guidelines

Three years involvement in maintenance tasks covering a wide range of duties, project length, and complexity.

Strong communication skills and abilities to coordinate and document contractor projects.

Successful completion of a comprehensive background check

Preferred:

Bilingual – English and Spanish
