Your primary responsibilities will include preparing patient samples for testing, determining specimen acceptability, and ensuring accurate results through repeated testing. You will perform a variety of tests in Hematology, Chemistry, and Urinalysis using advanced techniques such as ELISA, RNA extraction, and flow cytometry. Additionally, you will maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, prepare and label reagents and specimens, and report test results timely. Your role is crucial in participating in quality assurance and improvement activities, managing supplies, and taking appropriate action on test results as per laboratory protocols.Hard Skills

The environment is fast-paced and high-throughput, requiring efficient and accurate handling of various patient samples and tests. The job includes a Monday to Friday schedule with every third weekend, totaling 40 hours per week. Shift start times range from as early as 4:30 AM to as late as 7:30 PM.
