Description Robert Half is anticipating the need for a talented Medical Scheduler to work at one of the premier healthcare facilities in the entire state of Oregon. The ideal candidate will have medical scheduling experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping patients get the care they need.How you'll make an impact:
Answering telephones in a friendly and timely manner;
Scheduling patient appointments for consultations, evaluations, treatments, follow-ups, or re-evaluations
Obtaining existing and new patient insurance information for insurance verification
Assisting in maintaining and updating patient medical records
Accurately and confidentially entering data into various electronic health systems
Requirements
Scheduling/appointment setting experience.
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
