HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT TheProgram Manager, SIOP & CS Strategyis responsible for supporting, monitoring, and optimizing all projects and initiatives with cross-functional partners related to SIOP and Customer Service. Working directly with the organization's leadership, the Program Manager aids in the strategic development and execution of projects and enhancements to SIOP & Customer Service objectives that support the overall organization's targets and initiatives. Lead cross-functional team alignmentby organizing SIOP meetings, tracking progress with KPIs, and collaborating with Finance, Product Development, and IT to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
Direct tool enhancementsfor ERP and IBP systems, supporting Demand and Supply Planning, while integrating new features and ensuring alignment with key strategic initiatives.
Establish data and system governancethrough effective resource management, change control, and documentation processes, maintaining project consistency and standardization across functional areas.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management,with 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and manufacturing planning, particularly within consumer and commercial hand tool industries in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or supply chain management.
Solid business acumenwith a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, including forecasting, materials requirements planning, procurement, and global operations, supported by APICS and/or IBF certifications.
Strong project management skillsencompassing scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and effective change management within global teams.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite,with a focus on Excel for advanced modeling and SAP for data management, ensuring effective decision-making and process improvements.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills,capable of delivering clear presentations to diverse audiences, solving complex problems, and collaborating with globally dispersed teams to enhance organizational performance.
AVAILABILITY
Available to work in a hybrid schedule; eligible for domestic and international travel several times per year up to two weeks’ duration.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Oregon Tool, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,200 - $120,000.
