Location: OregonWe are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Activation Manager to revolutionize the way we interact with our Distributor partners across designated geographies. This role is not just about communication; it's about crafting a business approach that energizes our Distributor partners, driving sales activities that make a tangible difference in the market. Collaborating closely with Sales Directors, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Market Development Managers (MDMs), and the Drive team, you'll be at the heart of developing and automating cutting-edge sales tools.Your day-to-day will involve engaging with our Distributor partners through innovative written and electronic communications tailored for both On and Off Premise sales. You'll serve as the primary sales contact for key Distributors within your market, constantly seeking out new communication methods that not only drive efficiencies but also significantly boost execution and sales activity.In this role, you'll foster strong working relationships with key Distributor contacts and develop an intimate knowledge of your assigned markets. You'll support our Directors and BDMs by developing and executing impactful weekly and monthly communications, driving innovation in communication that leads to increased automation and efficiency.Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing content for regional and national meetings, analyzing market data to glean insights, and crafting reports that outline progress against goals. Your collaboration with the Business Information Management/Business Intelligence Analysis (BIM/BIA) teams will ensure seamless communication with Distributors on all new items and acquisitions, sharing best practices across the sales function to elevate our collective success.If you're someone who embodies entrepreneurship within an established company, thrives on taking bold risks, and is eager to drive candid discussions while holding yourself and others accountable, we want you on our team. Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of analytics, financial forecasting, marketing, or Gallo or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of analytics, financial forecasting, marketing, or Gallo or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Skilled in the use of MS word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level; MS OneNote at a basic level.

Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.

Experience interpreting complex data and reports.

Experience with organizational projects/initiatives.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $88,200.00 - $147,000.00 / year

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
