A Local Credit Union in Hillsboro, OR is hiring multiple Sales & Service Representatives for a great long term permanent opportunity! Responsibilities:
Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions
Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs
Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage
Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression
Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of previous experience in any kind of sales role including retail, commission, upselling, explaining benefits/processes, etc.
Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs
Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service
Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
