As a Sales Support Admin for our client's award winning organization, you will join a team of experienced administrators, developers, and program managers to bolster support for outbound Sales teams via requirements gathering and solution identification. Currently on the heels of a Field Service Lightning rollout, this hire will support the robust Salesforce team and play an integral role in where they take the platform next.
Requirements:
2-4 years' experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)
Experience with custom and/or managed service package integration (ERP, CPQ, NetSuite)
Salesforce Certified Administrator is required. Bonus points are added if you have:
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Sales AND/OR Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Platform Developer I (highly favorable, but there is no coding requirement)
Proficient working in a robust, fast-paced team environment (Agile / Scrum, occasional sprints)
Essential Functions:
Evolve new Salesforce instance machinations to match business needs / optimization
Apply previous Salesforce experience to proactively analyze and proliferate businesses' inner Salesforce functions
Have a holistic understanding of the project lifecycle and proactively apply previous knowledge to continuously evolve a well-funded and supported instance of Salesforce Lightning
Stay on track with intended timeline of projects (personally and your team) and work with profound efficiency
