School BehavioralTechnicians Needed in Portland, OR| $25 hourly! The BehaviorTechnician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services withchildren and adults with special needs. The Behavior Technician collaborateswith school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learningand behavioral goals and objectives. Must have at least 1 year experience withspecial needs. For furtherinformation and/or to apply to this opportunity, please email your resume to saingers @maxstaffing.com Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities: · Follows theinstructions of the BCBA/program supervisor/teacher · Provides behaviorassistance/interventions to assigned clients · Performs ABArelated teaching strategies. Provides behavior support services · Provides crisisintervention. Review and Implement behavior intervention plans · Review andimplement behavioral goals found within IEPs · Documents sessionper policies and procedures. Collects data accurately and efficiently · Strictly adhere toconfidentiality requirements. Assist students in the development of independentskills through self-care activities such as toileting, clothing routines andpersonal hygiene. · Implement behaviormanagement techniques in accordance with the directions given by thesupervising teacher; including reinforcing appropriate behaviors in accordancewith the teachers plan and supervising the student during these behaviormanagement techniques.
