What you will be doing:

We work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment which requires active collaboration and communication.

You will work with data scientists, designers, biologists, conservation planners, archaeologists, engineers, transportation experts, and others.

You will join our analytical team which includes software developers, data modelers, and geographic information system specialists.

This will afford you the opportunity to broaden and enhance your existing skill set as well as share your expertise with others.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development or closely related field) (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)

2+ years' of experience in Full Stack Development

2+ years' gathering requirements, and grooming and planning implementation

2+ years' in Software development lifecycles: data modeling, cloud and application architecture, user experience and product design, application development, and monitoring.

What we would like you to have:

Experience with any of the following: AWS, Docker, Python, R, C# / .NET, Angular

Familiarity with web mapping and charting (or other WebGL) libraries

Rich spatial analysis and mathematical modeling experience preferred

Experience developing application consuming and managing high volumes of data

An eye for clean UI Design and understanding of UX principles (atomic design and component driven design

Ability to convert client needs into concrete steps towards a solution of your design

Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external clients to determine project needs

Desire to peer program and actively share knowledge via group dev talks

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Professional Skills Needed:
