Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate or Mid-level Supply Chain Management Analysts (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our Supply Chain team in Portland, Oregon.The Supply Chain Analyst will have responsibility across all airplane programs. This position will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.This position will work directly with 2nd shift operations business partners and support teams ensuring daily production plans are met, update program delivery status and communicate with customers internal and external.This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.

Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.

Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.

Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.

Documents and resolves order delinquencies.

Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.

Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.

Ensures on-time delivery.

Optimizes inventory levels.

Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories.

Investigates complex ordering conditions.

Develops and implements new ordering methodologies.

Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)

1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management preferred

Typical Education/Experience:Associate (Level 2): Typically, 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Mid-Level (Level 3): Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
