Top Responsibility:
Manage stakeholders inquiries and provide status updates
Review work product in detail (e.g. review code) and fix any known issues
Work independently, analyze issues and problem solve
Mandatory:
Over 5 years of project management experience
Security background a must
Ability to understand/read programming languages such as Ruby, Go, PHP a must (no programming necessary)
Can manage multiple projects and lead them without much handholding. This includes stakeholder management, creating and tracking metrics/impact, meeting deadlines, and providing quality service
Ability to establish systems to identify improvements and drive future needs around business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics. Typical artifacts include metric plans (e.g., leading and trailing KPIs), dashboards, trend analyzes, control charts, and retrospectives.
Ability to assess engineering problems, understand the interplay between program and technical issues, and contribute to shaping technical directions. Typical artifacts include technical analyzes, bugs and CLs, Eng Review presentations, and technical roadmaps and white papers.
