We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various audiences. You will work closely with the team to review and edit highly specialized technical documents to improve quality, clarity, and consistency.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including medication coverage policies and position statements, patient-educational materials, comparative effectiveness research of medications, and scientific studies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content.
Create and update style guides and templates to ensure consistency across all documentation.
Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using documentation tools.
Experience with content management systems and version control systems.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
