Responsible for gasket fabrication.
Evaluate valves for repair and qualify repair opportunities
Assemble and build manual valves into automated valves
Support our team in the field by performing fast turnarounds
responsible for assembly of all automated packages.
Packaging and shipping orders. Receiving of inbound products
Follow all established standard operating procedures for valve automation including maintaining a safe and organized workspace and observing necessary safety precautions during assembly, testing, storage and transfer of product
Follow all proper procedures for set up, use and maintenance of tools and equipment in the Automation center
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating machinery for fabrication and the use of cutting and drilling materials preferred
Valve assembly and/or valve repair experience is a plus
Must have excellent mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things
Demonstrate basic math skills, ability to calculate quantities of product on hand
Ability to remain results-focused in a fast-paced customer service environment
Be a proponent of working in a safe environment and promote safety everyday
