Mother's Bistro and Bar, a nationally-acclaimed restaurant in business over 24 years is busy and we're feeding nearly 700 people between 9:00-2:00 on weekends. We're looking for someone who likes to get up early in the morning and flip 6-8 pans of eggs or pancakes at the same time.
This position requires hard work, stamina and an ability to work fast and efficiently, no matter what you're doing. Previous experience working in a well-established quality restaurant required. You're expected to consistently show up on time as scheduled, with a great attitude, ready, willing and able to give 150% everyday you work.
Our kitchen is beautiful and air-conditioned. We respect our staff and make sure you get breaks and a half hour off each shift. You'll be working the line with other terrific people who are great at their jobs, making food from scratch with the best ingredients.
