The Cove is seeking to grow our management team. Located on the Columbia River at Tidewater Cove Marina, 2 miles east of SE Columbia Shores Blvd. at 5731 SE Columbia Way, just off Hwy 14. Plenty of free covered parking. We are closed on Mondays. The Cove opens daily at 11:30am. On Sunday thru Thursday we close at 8pm and on Friday and Saturday, we close at 9pm. We are closed on Super Bowl Sunday, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

The Cove reflects a lifetime of restaurant and culinary experience and a love for food. We strive to provide high-quality, creative menu items that simply taste delicious with friendly, efficient service. We focus on today's tastes with many unique craft beers and ciders, great wines and handcrafted cocktails to please every palate. Our wine list showcases premium producers from all over the world with a focus on Northwest wines. We seek to be a place to unwind and enjoy the social environment we work hard to create every day.

Our restaurant opened in 2021 and has seen consistent growth. Large indoor space with a light and bright atmosphere to showcase our amazing view of the Columbia River. Upscale, casual fine dining atmosphere. We serve lunch, brunch, dinner, social hour (our happy hour) and banquets and events up to 100+ in our 2nd floor private dining room. Seating capacity is 310 with our outside patio. Our menu changes quarterly and focuses on seasonality and fresh, local / regional ingredients. We are truly a scratch kitchen.

We take care of our guests in a friendly, upscale way and believe in the classical steps of service. We pride ourselves on providing great service, outstanding food and a cool vibe. Nothing is more important to us than a happy guest. Our business growth is no fluke, it's about consistent daily execution.

The right person must be passionate about quality service and execution. Do you like to work with your crew, mentor and grow them, and in turn watch them succeed? We are looking for an individual that is comfortable leading a large crew of professionals and has the ability to provide constructive guidance and training. Your ability to multi-task with a variety of projects is a plus.

This Director position will also head up working with service providers to see that repairs and service are executed promptly and efficiently. Be proactive and on the lookout for potential maintenance issues. These responsibilities will also include The Hammond Kitchen & Craft Bar, our sister restaurant in Camas, and include coordination of our maintenance program at both facilities.

We view Directors as the liaison between the guest and the service crew. You help manage the middle and ensure that guest service is always number one. The owners are very engaged and will support you along with your fellow Directors.

Our compensation package will equal both skill and experience. Full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, PTO and Simple IRA, and a competitive salary, $55k/year PLUS quarterly bonus. Our bonus plan is based on driving guest experience, sales, and profits. The work week is 45-50 hours to include Sundays. Some shifts may be at our sister restaurant.
