Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Uphold Banning's high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support training and development initiatives for team members.
- Contribute to sales growth by implementing promotional activities and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including scheduling, and inventory.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for great food and creating a welcoming environment.
