Job Description:
Performs ware washing tasks on soiled dishes through the dishwasher
Clean the kitchen to include food walk-in coolers, freezers, and storage area.
Performs the tasks required for washing pots, pans, and other equipment which must be washed by hand in the sink.
Maintains the dish machine.
Sweeps and mops the kitchen floor as necessary to maintain a sanitary environment for food preparation.
Remove all garbage, boxes, etc. from the main kitchen and restrooms.
Daily maintenance of the cleanliness of the restrooms.
Maintains food and beverage service equipment in an organized manner.
Interest in food and wine is a plus.
Physical requirements include considerable walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Friday through Sunday estimated hours 12pm to 4pm
