Your role:
Follow banquet event orders to set up and serve events.
Service to include picking up food from the back hall, carrying trays to the location of the event and serving food to guests, and clearing tables.
Serve food and beverages to guests and removes dishes and other food-related items from tables/countertops and take them to the kitchen.
Ensures tables are cleaned and sanitized after each event.
Follows event schedule and ensures that events are correctly set with proper items.
Break down to include bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, and vacuuming.

Set up for AM or PM break stations that include coffee, tea, snacks, beverages, etc.
Assist with event room setup according to meal period and table needs.
Performs food & beverage preparation duties such as preparing condiments, brewing coffee, and ensuring workstations are stocked.
Qualifications:
WA Food handlers’ card within 14 days of hire.
WA MAST Card
Customer service skills.
Positive attitude and great team player.
Schedule:
Seasonal, Part-Time or On-Call
This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. Must have a flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed to provide best coverage for managing events and banquet team.
Compensation:
$17.00 an hour
This position will be part of a shared tip pool that can increase the wage up to $4.00 an hour above the minimum wage base rate of pay of $16.28
