Cedar Street Bagel Co. is looking for a dependable back-of-house cook to join our team. This role focuses on grill and line work in a neighborhood bagel shop.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cooking eggs, bacon, sausage, and other breakfast items on the grill
- Assembling breakfast and lunch sandwiches to order
- Assisting with food prep and inventory tracking
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Working efficiently during busy morning and lunch rushes
What we’re looking for:
- Line cook or short-order cooking experience preferred
- Comfortable working on a grill and handling multiple tickets at once
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Early morning/6AM (and Sunday) availability is a must
Schedule & pay:
- Part-time to start with possibility for full time in future
- Morning and daytime shifts (no nights)
- Pay based on experience
