Job Title: Cheesemaking Sidekick (aka Production Assistant)

The Gig:
Want to get your (clean) hands (and maybe even your elbows) covered in curds and whey? We're searching for a part-time Cheesemaking Sidekick to join our crew Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Expect to:
Clean, clean, clean! (Seriously, it's 75% of the fun)
Help make and care for our precious cheeses
Assist with cheesemaking magic
Work weekends selling cheese in our creamery's Farm Store
What You Bring:
Cheese Obsession: You live and breathe cheese.

Cleanliness Champion: You're a master of sparkle and shine. Cheesemaking is all about keeping things spotless!

Reliable Ride: You can get to Dundee with your own vehicle (no public transit here).
Extra credit if you have kitchen/bakery/food production experience!
Nuts & Bolts:
Part-time fun: Thursdays-Saturdays, 24-30 hrs./week. This is an entry level position at the creamery, not an internship.
$16 - $17/hr/ DOE

Important: Our Rural Setting & Your Commute
Our creamery is on a gravel road outside Dundee, Oregon, approximately a one-hour drive southwest of Portland. Please be aware that our location is rural, and there's absolutely no public transportation available. A reliable vehicle is essential for this position.
