Owner has a history of cultivating talent in high-profile food markets and looking for a dedicated and serious cook to execute a small, but powerful Italian-themed bar snacks, small plates and pasta menu. Experience managing and controlling food costs, ordering, developing conceptually relevant specials and willingness to work with owner on the menu a must.
