We are a small team and looking for a dynamic person to fill the position. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, hard working, dependable, and a team player. We are looking to fill around 40 hours between 5 days for each position.
Requirements:
- Communication skills- being able to voice concerns/ opinions and being open to constructive criticism.
- Positive and approachable attitude- we are a small team in a small space, it helps to get along.
- Strong sense of organization- the ability to determine production needs for service and the following days prep. Keeping a clean, stocked and organized station.
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to stand 8+ hours a day
- Able to take on tasks as needed, including washing dishes, and kitchen prep
- Food Handler's Certification required
- Olcc License Preferred

Responsibilities:
- Keeping the Line and stocked, cleaned, maintained and organized.
- Preparing sandwiches, salads, specials, and hot items according to our standards.
- Prepping for the lines and service.
- Keeping the dish station clean and organized throughout service.
- Stocking plates
- Organizing and storing utensils properly
- Keeping appropriate inventory levels
- Weighing out recipes, peeling and processing vegetables
