Dining Room Supervisor at Creekside Village ($DOE + Benefits!) - 2638

Guardian has an immediate need for a Full-Time Dining Room Supervisor to join our experienced and committed team at Creekside Village Retirement Apartments!

For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, communicative, and comfortable overseeing other staff.

The Dining Room Supervisor will be responsible for running the front of house dining services department. This will include hiring dining room employees, supervising all dining room staff, and ordering supplies to assure meals are served promptly, courteously, and in compliance with sanitation regulations in a clean and attractive dining room.

Compensation: DOE + Benefits!

Schedule: 35 hours / week, schedule varies.

Qualification Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

High school diploma or GED.

Must have valid food handler’s card.

Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties of this position.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and able to manage numerous resident orders at the same time and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Ability to speak, read and write in English.

Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.

Able to complete company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.

Previous supervisory experience in restaurant style Dining Room.
