Responsibilities:

2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
3. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and assembling ingredients.
4. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
6. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a dishwasher or prep cook preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
