At Mt Tabor Brewing, we set our roots in Portland back in 2010 and have slowly grown ever since. While our brewery is located in SE Pdx, our Pub is located in SW Washington just 10miles over the bridge. We are wood fired inspired and expect you to bring our culinary A game every week to match the award winning beers our brewery is putting out. Currently have up to 30ish hours a week avail. and will cross train for the wood fired pizza oven as well as in the kitchen. MUST HAVE PIZZA EXPERIENCE
Bring a creative culinary background to a wood fired pizza restaurant that also does so creative sandwiches & seasonal salads
Ability to quickly learn new recipes for weekly specials as we are constantly rotating in fresh seasonal ingredients
Work well with others in a fast paced environment that might be on the grill, salad/sandwich line or in front of the wood fired oven creating delicious pies
Assist in creating weekly specials with foods that are in season
Assist with food purchasing and costing to track monthly expense rates
Make sure sanitation procedures are handled to Clark County Health Dept standards
Assist or run special projects like catered menus, offsite events or others as needed
