DUTIESMarket of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. As a Floral Manager/Home & Gift Manager you will oversee the operations of the Floral/Home & Gift department.
Some of your duties will include:
Prepare cut flowers for display
Maintain knowledge of plant and flower varieties and care
Train and develop new/current employees within your department
Setting up displays
Inventory, ordering and receiving
Process invoices
Merchandising
General housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning
Contribute to the overall operating program of the store
