We are looking to add an energetic, self-motivated team member to our food cart in The Heist pod located in the Woodstock neighborhood. This is a fast paced, hands on job, and we need someone who can take the responsibilities seriously while also fostering a seriously fun environment!

Job duties include:
Maintaining an environment of impeccable food quality
Ensuring kitchen operates consistently with pace
Keeping ingredients and supplies 100% in stock by following established pars and ordering systems
Willingness to learn and work all positions from counter to dishwasher in order to support the needs of the business
Communicating effectively with the team, manager, and owner
Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness
Requirements for this position include:
Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant experience – food truck experience is a bonus!
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about interacting with our guests
Desire to learn, improve, and grow professionally
Passion for food, especially meat
Willingness to give and receive feedback
Open availability and reliable transportation
Ability to work on your feet, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
