Bistro 23 is hiring for an experienced Full Time Line Cook to join our team.
Who we are:
Fast paced, high volume, quality driven, counter service restaurant
We specialize in pizza, sandwiches, pasta & natural wine
Open for lunch and dinner from 11am to 8pm
Closed on Saturday & Sunday
Located in the Parkrose neighborhood of Northeast Portland for over 13 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience (2+ years) in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid food handler's card
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a culinary environment
Job Details:
35+ hours per week, 5 shifts (8am to 3pm)
$25-$29/hr (hourly + tip share) tips are shared equally with front and back of house
