Busser/Food Runner for Grill68 Steakhouse
We are a small, upscale steakhouse seeking a hardworking and dedicated Busser/Food Runner to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve assisting servers with food delivery, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
-Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
-Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
-Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors and restrooms
-Ensure guests’ needs are met by providing excellent customer service
-Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are completed correctly
-Help with dishes in the kitchen when needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
