Your Responsibilities:
Roll and assemble sushi (e.g., rolls, nigiri, basic sashimi plates)
Plate sushi neatly with ginger, wasabi, and sauces
Keep ingredients fresh and portions consistent
Help with prep work (rice, vegetables, fish cutting)
Follow recipes and maintain consistent presentation
We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 6 months of hands-on sushi rolling experience
✅ Ability to make at least 3 common rolls (e.g., California, spicy tuna) independently
✅ Basic plating sense (clean, symmetrical, organized)
✅ Reliable knife skills for daily prep work
