Front Desk Responsibilities: Greet and Welcome guests upon arrival, Handle Check-ins and check-outs efficiently, Answer phone calls, manage reservations and room assignments, Handle guest's complaints and resolve the issues quickly, provide information about hotel and services, local attraction and travel directions, maintain a tidy organized front desk area, Perform administrative tasks as needed. Most importantly you need to SMILE and have a positive attitude.
