Qualified applicants must:
Contribute to the property as a Head Manager, working with varying departments
Obtain and maintain current food handler and OLCC permits
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
3+ years previous banquet and management experience desired
Be comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office program
Ability to work long hours on your feet at both indoor and outdoor venues
Be proficient and ordering and inventory control
Be detail oriented
Be a team leader, critical thinker and solution provider
Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
