We are hiring for following positions:
Bobarista
$16+/hr. + $3/hr tips = $19/hr. projected earnings

Prepare and serve boba tea and other beverages according to recipes- Handle cash transactions using a POS system- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area- Assist customers with menu selection and provide exceptional customer service- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and handling- Work efficiently in a team to meet customer demands promptly
Shift Lead
$17+/hr. + $4/hr tips = $21/hr. projected earnings

Provide friendly customer service at the cash register and prepare orders received from walk-in customers, via phone or online orders. Take payments for orders received and provide changes when necessary. Cook teas, toppings, and Boba to prepare for current and next day’s use. Stocking for current and next shift. Respond to any customer inquiries. Ensure the kitchen space and dining area are clean and sanitary. Clean and organize the store at the end of the day if applicable. Collaborate with a group of coworkers in maintaining a productive, fun, and safe work environment.
Food Service Team / Food Runner
$16+/hr. + $6-$8/hr tips = $24.00/hr. projected earnings

Attends and participates in the pre-meal and post-meal responsibilities; Assists in the set-up, service and breakdown daily. Greets residents and takes food and beverage orders in a pleasant and efficient manner. Serves meals following established service standard techniques; Delivers and retrieves Resident meal trays to resident apartments as required. Busses and cleans tables.
Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper
$18+/hr.
Follow food safety and quality standards. Ability to read and execute instructions accurately. Manual ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils. Prep all cold and hot food items + follow proper knife safety procedures. Operate oven and all other prep equipment Maintain clean stations throughout shift. Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and, stand for long periods of time
Kitchen Staff / Sushi Prep
$18/hr. + $3/hr tips = $21/hr. projected earnings

Team players that go above and beyond. Committed to preparing and providing fresh, tasty, and quality food to our guests. Organized and possess the ability to multi-task. Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
Fish Cutter
$19+/hr. + $6/hr tips = $25/hr. projected earnings

Responsibilities:
– Prepare fish and sushi ingredients for cooking
– Assist in preparing sushi and sashimi menu items according to recipes
– Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
– Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
Skills:
– Sushi and/or Sashimi fish-cutting (knife) skills are required
– Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong understanding of menu planning and recipe execution
– Team player with good communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen staff
