TAPROOM LEAD

Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $16/hour + tips (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Taproom Lead oversees daily taproom operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, supporting staff, and maintaining efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience & Staff Support
Pour lots (and lots) of beer while delivering top-tier service
Help foster a positive, supportive work environment
Train and guide taproom staff, ensuring high service standards
Oversee daily tasks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Operations & Logistics
Maintain inventory, equipment, and taproom supplies
Update menus and assist with beer releases
Help coordinate taproom events and staff scheduling
Maintain operational checklists and cleanliness
Reconcile tills and monitor expenditures
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
OLCC server’s permit (or ability to obtain)
POS system proficiency and strong attention to detail
Effective communication and leadership skills
Experience responsibly serving alcohol
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
Beer/brewing knowledge preferred (appreciation required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift/move 50+ lbs
Must be 21+
Walk/stand for extended periods
