Non-Exempt. Hours: 3:45 pm to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday (No Weekends or Holidays).
Setting and assuring dining room for each dinner service.
Participate in each meal service.
End-of-service bussing dishes, cleaning and setting the dining room for the next day’s service.
Fill in as dishwasher when needed.
Monitor dining room stocks and notify the Lead Server/Head Cook of any pending shortages.
Ensure proper health and safety standards are followed.
Comply with all company dress and performance codes.
Coordinate with the Lead Server to ensure guests receive a professional and friendly dining experience each night.

Able to meet the physical requirements of the job: sit, stand, walk, twist, and lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commit to the scheduled workdays and shift hours for this position.
