We are looking for pizza line cooks for our new pizza restaurant that we are opening up.
Skills:
Ability to stretch dough balls up to 18" in diameter
Great speed and efficiency in saucing, cheesing, topping pizzas
Experience using kitchen knives to prep toppings, use of a commercial slicer & fryer
Knowledge of deck ovens, rotation, hot spots, etc.
Ability to work well and get along with others during high volume
Work with a sense of timeliness, urgency, and speed
Cleanliness and attention to detail
Adherence to kitchen safety practices and obeying of all health regulations
3+ years of kitchen experience, experience with cornmeal method preferred
Clark County Food Handler card
Ability to lift 40+ pounds
