We are looking for a pizza line cook for our pizza restaurant for Saturday and Sunday.
Skills:
Must have experience with stone deck pizza oven
Ability to stretch dough balls up to 18" in diameter
Great speed and efficiency in saucing, cheesing, topping pizzas
Experience using kitchen knives to prep toppings, use of a commercial slicer and fryer
Knowledge of deck ovens, rotation, hot spots, etc. preferred
Ability to work well and get along with others during high volume
Work with a sense of timeliness, urgency, and speed
Cleanliness and attention to detail
Adherence to kitchen safety practices and obeying of all health regulations
1+ years of kitchen experience
Clark County Food Handler card
Ability to lift 40+ pounds
Flexible and Reliable availability.
