We are looking for Part-Time Servers to work in our high volume, fast paced restaurant. You will serve guests table-side, providing friendly and customer-focused service. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, and team oriented. Our restaurant is consistently acknowledged for excellent service, high quality food and a strong reputation for creating a memorable dining experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Greet guests upon being seated in a welcoming, friendly manner.
· Maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
· Multi-task and handle multiple-table sections.
· Maintain pub cleanliness and stocking levels throughout your shift.
· Complete shift side work, (check out with floor manager before ending shift?)
· Support team members and treat all FOH and BOH staff with respect.
· Arrive on time, ready to work for your scheduled shifts.
· Adhere to and enforce all rules and laws under the OLCC.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Must be 21+ years of age.
· OLCC license preferred upon hire, required within 30 days of hire.
· Food handler's certification preferred upon hire, required within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years' experience working in a fast-paced restaurant.
· Excellent communication and organization skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
· Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
· Ability to actively listen, build rapport with others and problem solve as needed.
· Maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
Schedule:
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, bend, squat, lift 15 – 40lbs and input order into the computer POS. The work environment is fast-paced and loud at times.
