Assists the Director in overseeing all Foodand Beverage outlets by managing the front of the house Signature Dining outlets - Cascada, Coyote Lounge, and Ghost Tree Lounge. Ensures exceptional service to all members and resort guests by managing guest satisfaction, customer service, personnel, menu mix, and catering functions. Oversees hiring of service staff, training programs and sets standards for, and enforces the sequence of, service and quality of service.
Ensures exceptional service to all members and resort guests by supervising the day to day Food & Beverage front of the house Signature Dining outlets - Cascada, Coyote Lounge, and Ghost Tree Lounge. Performs additional essential duties effectively and efficiently.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Enforce and monitor established standards for service personnel.
Hold pre-shift meetings regarding food, specials, service, VIP’s on property and in-house overnight accommodations.
Responsible for opening and/or closing shift duties
Monitor daily operations and systems of business.
Monitor use of and assists with ordering service supplies as necessary.
Perform server and/or bartender tasks such as taking orders, serving, and clearing tables whenever necessary.
Help in physical set-up, execution and break-down of banquets, social functions, events and tournaments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holiday, and evenings as needed for the benefit of departmental coverage.
Must be able to operate P.O.S., make change correctly and make credit card transactions accurately.
Must be able to deliver plates and food and clear tables, which may require lifting up to 50lbs.
Must be able to write or memorize orders
Must balance at the end of each shift.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will assist the F&B Manager in monitoring and supervising service staff.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current Food Handlers Card and OLCC Servers Permit.
