What We re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a food truck, restaurant, or similar setting.
Independence: Must be able to handle kitchen duties solo including prep, cooking, plating, and cleaning.
Creativity: Bonus points if you bring ideas for new menu items or specials!
Speed & Efficiency: Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
Reliability: We need someone who shows up on time and is dependable.

Responsibilities Include:
Prepping and cooking menu items to order
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Managing inventory and restocking as needed
Helping with menu development and daily specials
Providing great food and service with a positive attitude
